Jay Diabetes Sling

Just what I was looking for

My son is type 1. He wanted a more "adult looking" bag to carry his supplies in (he's 22). After searching, I found the sling bag; I showed it to him. It has all the features he wanted. He loves it.

Finally a Good bag for grandson

I purchased this sling last year for my 10 year old grandson. He was diagnosed in February of 2015. This is his third Myabetic prodect. The first kids bag was a little small and lasted less than a year when the zipper broke. The second was a Thompson caryall, we had it replaced and the replacement repaired as the shoulder strap ripped out on 3 occasions. We felt it was his fault as he liked to swing it by the strap. Last year I bought this sling. It has held up great. He loves it and has no issues carrying it wherever he goes. The edges are showing wear but at 11 he is not general with it staging it at times and tossing it around. I just ordered another one. So he can have it available for non camp and school trips. Great product can be carried with school book bag and lunchbox without issues.

Good Bag I think.

I ordered the bag for my 7yr old son who was just diagnosed... The bag looked great but just wasn't big enough for everything I wanted him to carry. Insulin, Testing Kit, Log Books, Glucapen, Glucatabs, & Snacks.

Hi Brandon, It sounds like your son needs a larger backpack. We offer free exchanges. Our Edelman Diabetes Backpack is larger and will hold more items for your son: If you'd like to process this exchange, please email
Nice bag. Welll made

The Jay Diabetes Sling is a nice bag and well made. The design is also wonderful for diabetic supplies. I do wish the padding on the strap covered a larger area, as when I wear it cross body, the webbing is against my neck, not the padding. Overall a good bag, however a bit expensive when comparing to others of like quality.
