Brandy Diabetes Backpack

Just what I needed

This is my second myabetic bag. I was impressed with my first purchase but it was not as fashionable and functional as this backpack. I already love it! I got the black. It is cute, in style, and it’s really nice to be able to have my insulin supplies right at the front with easy access. The main pocket is roomy enough for my wallet, sunglasses sugar supplies, iPad, notebooks, and any other things I would normally put in my purse. The extra insulated pocket is really handy for travel when you need somewhere to keep insulin cold. I use the back pocket for my phone. The zipper is a little bit tough to move but I think it will loosen with a bit more use, it already has. It would be handy if the backpack straps could detatch. Overall a great bag! Perfect as a backpack/purse for travel - not meant to hold bigger items like laptop but that’s not what I wanted or needed anyways.

Brandy Diabetes backpack

I absolutely love my bag. The zipper broke off on the first one but the company swiftly replaced it. Excellent customer service. The small pouch holds my omnipod and libre freestyle reader, two bottles of strips, two insulin pens, a glucagon kit, glucose tablets, and holds skin tac wipes an extra omnipod, alcochol swabs, skin tac wipes, and a small snicker bar in the net zipper part where people normally put lancets. The backpack itself is spacious to, it holds my unicorn 100 log book, an Eli pouch that I put makeup and Advil in, a charger, headphones, a wallet, my stun gun, and the insulated section hold a juice box, gum, and a granola bar. Then I put my keys and phone in the easy reach pocket. I’m a musician so I like to go to my concerts in style and used to shove my supplies randomly into a purse that didn’t fit my diabetic needs. A+ for Myabetic.
