    Help! What product do I choose?

    Choosing the most suitable product(s) for you depends on your personal health management regimen. Here is some guidance:

    If you do not use or carry insulin:

    If you are not insulin dependent and simply want to carry your diabetes glucose monitoring equipment in style, the Clemens Diabetes Compact Wallet is a good choice for you.

    If you take Insulin Injections:

    If you carry insulin pens or insulin vials/syringes, the Banting Wallet is a great everyday choice for you. The Clark Compact Double Zip can be used for syringes and insulin vials but cannot fit insulin pens. If you like to carry several supplies and/or need an excellent travel product, the Thompson Diabetes Travel Carry-all is a good option.

    If you are a Pumper:

    If you are on an insulin pump, the Clemens Diabetes Compact Wallet provides space for just the essentials:  glucose meter, lancing device, test strips and lancet needles.  If you want to carry an extra infusion set or pod, the Clark Compact Double Zip allows you to carry extra infusion sets as well. If you like to carry several backup supplies and/or need an excellent travel product, the Thompson Diabetes Travel Carry-all is a good option.

    If you carry a Glucagon Kit:

    If you want to carry a glucagon kit, the Kamen Diabetes Case is best for you. It allows you to carry your testing supplies plus has a pocket for a glucagon kit. All of our kids products have space for a glucagon kit too.

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as PayPal and Amazon Payments. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.


    What if I need to change or cancel my order?

    We process orders as quickly as possible, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call us at (877) 325-4019 x0 Monday through Friday 10am-5pm PT.

    I have not received an order confirmation.

    A confirmation email is sent after purchase; however, emails may sometimes be filtered as spam or junk. Check these folders on your email server. If you are still having trouble locating your confirmation email, feel free to contact us.

    How will I know when my order has shipped?

    You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


    Where do you ship?

    We ship worldwide! All orders originate from our fulfillment center in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan in the United States.

    How much does shipping cost?

    We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. For international shipping outside of the United States and Canada, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. For international orders under $100, we offer a flat shipping rate of $12. International orders may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by local customs authorities depending on exact shipping location. These import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    How long will my order take to arrive?

    We process orders within 1-2 business days:

    • Orders within the United States take 5-7 business days to arrive unless you choose Express Shipping.
    • Canadian orders take up to 7 business days to arrive.
    • All other international orders usually take up to 10-20 days to arrive.
    • Express Shipping: If you choose Express shipping on orders within the United States (for a fee of $15), you will receive your order within 3 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Express shipping on international orders at this time.


    Buying from us is a risk-free endeavor. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return an unused product to us within 30 days for a refund. Return instructions are printed on your packing slip. Returns within the United States are free, so please contact us for a pre-paid packing slip at customercare@myabetic.com. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free return shipping or refund shipping costs on orders outside the United States.

    Since this is a product used for blood testing supplies, we are unable to accept returns of used products.



    We provide a 6-month warranty for every diabetes supply case sold. We understand diabetes requires a lot of attention, and our products are meant to be used and enjoyed multiple times every day.


    Are these products designed for a specific type of diabetes?

    Our products are designed for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes care.

    Will my particular glucose monitoring tools fit inside your products?

    Each product’s main pocket is designed to accommodate most meters and devices. The pocket’s dimensions are displayed on its product profile page. If you have questions as to whether or not your supplies will fit in a particular product, please contact us. We’re here to help.

    Will your products keep my insulin and other necessities at a specific temperature?

    Our Myabetic products are not designed for specific temperature control. You may purchase a compatible FRIO pouch if you require your insulin or supplies to stay cool. Although we do not claim responsibility for temperature regulation, many other cooling pouches can be accommodated into our product compartments.

    How do I clean and care for my product?

    Use a soft, damp cloth to clean your product. When using a cleaning or protecting agent, it is always best to test the product on a small, less visible section before using it on the entire product.

    Do you offer gift receipts?

    We do not offer gift receipts. However, each order includes a packing slip which does not disclose any pricing information.

    Do you have a showroom?

    We currently do not have a showroom. If you are interested in seeing our products in person, we would be more than happy to arrange an office visit to view our products. Our office is located in Santa Monica, California. Please email customercare@myabetic.com to setup an appointment.
