Do you have a showroom?
We currently do not have a showroom. If you are interested in seeing our products in person, we would be more than happy to arrange an office visit to view our products. Our office is located in Santa Monica, California. Please email email@example.com to set up an appointment.
Which product do I choose?
Try our Product Finder to determine which products will fit your diabetes supplies. Gift cards are also available.
Are these products designed for a specific type of diabetes?
Our products are designed for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes care.
Will your products keep my insulin and other necessities cool?
Myabetic products alone cannot keep supplies cool, but many cases are designed with insulated sections for cold packs or compatible FRIO cooling pouches.
How do I clean and care for my product?
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean your product. When using a cleaning or protecting agent, it is always best to test the product on a small, less visible section before using it on the entire product.

We ship worldwide!
How much will it cost to ship my order?
- FREE shipping in the United States (expect delivery in 5-7 business days)
- $20 Express shipping in the United States only (expect delivery in 3 business days)
- For orders outside the United States, shipping fee is 15 USD (expect delivery in 10-20 business days, 7 business days to Canada). Import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
How long should my order take to arrive?
After orders are processed (1-2 days), estimate the following shipping times:
- United States Orders: 5-7 business days
- United States Express Shipping option ($20): 3 business days
- Canada: 7 business days
- International (excluding Canada): 10-20 business days
Unfortunately, express shipping is not available for international orders.
Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
Of course! Our products are meant to improve your life with diabetes, so we want you to love it. Return your unused product within 30 days for a refund. Return instructions are printed on your packing slip.

We cannot accept returns of used products.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once orders have been processed, they cannot be canceled or changed. Call us Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Pacific Time at (213) 493-4305 extension 0 to modify your order before processing. We will do our best to accommodate any changes.
I have not received an order confirmation.
A confirmation email is sent after purchase from email@example.com but are sometimes filtered as spam or junk. Check these folders on your email server. If you are still having trouble finding your confirmation email, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from email@example.com with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer gift receipts?
We do not offer gift receipts, but pricing information is not included on the shipment packing slip.

We provide a 6-month warranty for all Myabetic diabetes cases. Diabetes requires a lot of attention, and we are encouraged when our cases are heavily used.
