Replaced my old Kerri Diabetes Tote

I purchases a new Kerri Diabetes Tote because after ordering the first over 2 years ago and using it all the time, it is well worn and much loved. It was just a bonus that it was on sale!

Not happy at all.

Huge purse, didn’t work out for me, just wanted to exchange for something smaller and customer service makes that very difficult to do, they don’t respond, (been contacting them over a week) almost as if they purposely want you to miss their return window so they can keep your money. Just wanted to do an exchange, now after horrible customer service I want a full refund.

Amazing bag!

This bag is awesome. It is so stylish and comfortable to wear. The bag is so functional, coming in two seperate pieces that can be joined. However, I don’t love how when you open the bag while it is on your shoulder, items can fall out. Another thing I have is that I wish the shoulder strap (Small handbag) was adjustable to be at different lengths. Otherwise, this bag is amazing and most definitely worth every dollar. I will be purchasing from this brand again in future!

This bag is amazing. It looks great and is so functional being able to have a larger bag, and a smaller bag at times. I love the layout of both parts of the bag. However, both bags were larger than I expected. I also wish the strap for the smaller bag was adjustable. The only other thing I have to say is that when opening the bag while on your shoulder, it flaps open, and I always feel as if something is going to fall out. Not a serious problem, but a chance for a design change. Overall love this bag, I’m sure in the long run it will be a life changing product for my diabetes.
