I don’t know about you, but around the holidays I love to enjoy a tasteful holiday beverage! The problem is that most holiday beverages are full of sugar and not exactly diabetes friendly. So, I’ve created a diabetes friendly holiday drink! It can be made alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Here is what you’ll need to make a Diabetes Friendly Holiday Moscow Mule:   1. This year will be my 20th Thanksgiving with diabetes, and I have some helpful tips to share with you:   1.
